UPDATE * CONSTRUCTION ZONE – 6th Street from Washburn to Randolph
Metro riders cannot be picked up on the Westbound (North) side of 6th Street between Washburn and Randolph due to construction in this area EXCEPT for a temporary bus stop that has been set up on the north side of 6th Street between College and Jewell (for the Outbound West 6th ONLY). Passengers will need to use this temporary bus stop OR the stops at 6th and Lane OR 6th and Oakley. This will affect the Purple routes: #5 West 6th and #7 Huntoon. Passengers on the Eastbound (South) side of 6th Street will continue to be picked up at any corner.

BUS SHELTER at 17th & TOPEKA
The bus shelter at 17th and Topeka Blvd. has been temporarily removed while street repairs are being made. A temporary bus bench will be placed at this location until the shelter can be replaced.

NEW SATURDAY HOURS FOR QSS
Beginning Saturday, December 1st, 2012, the Quincy Street Station customer service lobby windows will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. If you need to purchase tickets or passes, get change, or get route information, you will need to do so during this time.
The Quincy Street Station lobby will remain open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays so that passengers may use the restrooms and wait inside for their bus. Customer service phone lines will continue to be answered from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. so that you may call for route information or Lift rides, cancellations and confirmations.
Monday through Friday window hours will continue to be 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Reminder: For safety reasons, buses will NOT stop in construction or road work areas to pick up or drop off passengers. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. As always, thank you for riding the Metro!!

BABY STROLLERS
Beginning August 1, 2011, all baby strollers and buggies must be emptied and collapsed prior to boarding the bus for safety reasons. Non-collapsible baby strollers and buggies will be prohibited. Strollers and buggies must remain in the folded position while inside the vehicle and an adult must maintain control of it. All doorways, stairs and aisles must be kept clear of strollers, buggies, carts, bags, packages and other items. Thank you for your cooperation.
