  Bus shelter @ Walmart South is out-of-service - All bus stops west of Burlingame out-of-service

EFFECTIVE DATE: Tuesday, September 22, 2026 (REVISED from 9-10-26)

OUTBOUND: The outbound #5 Indiana bus will be on regular route to SW 37th Street & Kansas Ave., it will turn left (south) on Kansas Ave. to the I-470 on-ramp, it will take I-470 to the Burlingame exit, it will turn right (north) on Burlingame to SW 36th Street, it will turn right (east) on SW 36th Street to Plass, it will turn right (south) on Plass to SW 37th Street, it will turn right (west) on SW 37th Street to Burlingame, it will turn left (south) on Burlingame to the I-470 East on-ramp, it will turn left (east) on I-470 to the Kansas Ave. exit, it will continue straight on Kansas Ave. to SE 37th Street, it will turn right (east) on SE 37th Street. Back on route. 

NOTE: The bus shelter at Wal-Mart South as well as inbound stops on SW 37th Street between Burlingame and Topeka Blvd. will be out of service. The bus stops on Martin Drive as well as TARC Southgate will not be serviced. All bus stops west of Burlingame will be out of service.

REASON: The Martin Drive/SW 39th Street bridge over I-470 as well as the intersection of Martin Drive & SW 42nd Street are closed for road construction.

  Gas line replacement at Indiana & SE 22nd Street

EFFECTIVE DATE: Tuesday, June 2, 2026

OUTBOUND: The outbound Indiana bus will be on regular route to Adams & SE 21st Street, it will continue straight on Adams to SE 25th Street, it will turn left (east) on SE 25th Street to Indiana, it will turn right (south) on Indiana.  Back on route.

INBOUND: The inbound Indiana bus will be on regular route to Indiana & SE 25th Street, it will turn left (west) on SE 25th Street to Adams, it will turn right (north) on Adams to SE 21st Street, it will continue straight on Adams. Back on route.  

NOTE: The following outbound bus stops will be out of service: SE 21st & Massachusetts, SE 21st & Hudson, SE 21st & Washington (Washburn Tech), SE 21st & Indiana and Indiana & SE 23rd.

The following inbound bus stops will be out of service: Indiana & SE 23rd, SE 21st & Indiana, SE 21st & Washington (Washburn Tech) and SE 21st & Hudson.

Temporary bus stops will be at SE 25th & indiana (outbound and inbound).

REASON: Gas line replacement at Indiana and SE 22nd Street.
