OUTBOUND: Regular route to 8th & Quincy. Continue straight on Quincy to 6th, turn left (west) on 6th to Topeka Blvd., turn left (south) on Topeka Blvd. to 8th, turn right (west) on 8th. Back on route. 

INBOUND: Regular route to 8th & Topeka Blvd. Turn left (north) on Topeka Blvd. to 6th, turn right (east) on 6th to Monroe, turn right (south) on Monroe to 8th. Back on route.

REASON: 30th year of Miracle on Kansas Avenue Parade. Kansas Avenue will be blocked off approximately at 11 a.m.
